Of course, a hotel isn't just a 9-5 environment and that's part of the magic; so you'll need to be available to work a range of shifts across any given week. It could be early mornings or late finishes, so flexibility and reliability are important.
We're looking for a chef who can handle the heat of our busy kitchen to take ownership of this role. It is essential you have at least 3 years' experience in a similar restaurant.
